You don't need 4GB ram. Just get 2GB

Try to get E6750 or Q6600 if you can

The corsair 520psu will be perfect.
But if your on a low budget, i think the FSP 450W will be good enough.
And get 2gb ram, add that extra money for a q6600 or e6750 as maroon suggested.
