Hi,
I'm getting a new computer with an 8800GTX 320mb
AMD AM2 DUALCORE 6000 PROCESSOR (3ghz)
ASUS M2V MOTHERBOARD
4gb DDR2 RAM
500gb harddrive
20 X LITE-ON DUAL LAYER DVDRW
THERMALTAKE SOPRANO CASE with 430Watt Power Supply
Is that enough to power itself without screwing up on me? I'm having doubts about the power supply, but if I don't get to buy a new power supply will it run it fine with no hitches? except maybe not running QUITE as well as it should...Because I may not be able to get a PSU for a while but if I really have to then I will.
I've read places that the minimum requirements for the 8800 (when ever I say 8800 I mean 8800GTS 320mb) that it's 400 watts, but I've also hear 450 watts and then 500 watts, can this system run say...Crysis as well as it would if it had a 700 watt PSU? thanks for the help.
Mark
