Default Core Hardware Quiz #19: I/O Addresses

What is the standard I/O address for COM2?

Answer: A - 2F8-2FFh

BONUS: Yes, the "h" at the end of these addresses is just a symbol for the address being a hexidecimal digit.

BONUS: What the heck is the "h" at the end of each address?
(Hint: It's NOT part of the address itself)

Please answer the BONUS in your post as it won't give the answer away.
