The biggest issue is "Who cares, it's just nipples". No one cares if a 14yo guy is shirtless and they have nipples just like a girl.

It all depends on how you look at the images and context and I live in the UK and being naked from the waist upwards were a female is concerned can get you rapped of the authority. My concern was how many people know this or do not know this. The context of the article in regards to fashion, yes I agree but how many pedos and child monsters will lure over this and thus girls being given more protection I think can be taken out of context.

Not all imagery of under 16s is considered child porn. I believe so long as it is entirely non sexual and yet has other legal context (e.g. kids on a nudist beach with parents), then it is okay. Grey area though so I just wouldn't ever take the risk.

Yeah, people say that 14 year old guys have nipples too etc, but ultimately, it's not the same, a man's breast tissue isn't sexualised in the same way that a woman's is. Pedophiles are probably sitting there in glee reading the news and checking the pictures...
