It's not a zit, it's a cyst, and my dad had one just like it on his back. I just never got the privilege of watching the doctor remove it, thank god.

i had a cyst on the inside of my eye lid...they dont hurt...mine just went away though. id imagine that one would hurt a hell of a lot though..
