Ghost in the Shell is a great Anime about Cyborgs who fight crime. One of them even has boobs.

There are tanks, explosions, killer cyborgs, crazy old men with lots of hair in the wrong places and nuclear weapons on the loose.

As anime goes its one of the better ones.
