I have a feeling that a forum like that would get out of hand quite easily. I mean, the mods have a hard enough job keeping OT in control as far as I can see, and remember you would be limited in what jokes you could post due to the forum being for young people, but yea, pop it in the Suggestions forum, and see what the mods think.

just put a stricter ban rule for that forum, saying that you will recieve no warning and if you think it might be offensive DONT POST IT. so that it will be post at your own risk
