Wholesale DVD's

Ok, I recently bought a DVD from half.com relizing that I was buying it from someone who just buys their stuff wholesale. So, I was curious:

1. Is this legal?
2. What is needed to do this?
3. What are good wholesale places to get these dvds from?
4. Why don't more people do this?

See, I was looking at wholesalediscs.com where I could buy only four DVDs, but for some reason I'm feeling like this would be a fake and they would just take my money, So I guess I'm looking for someone who has done this before that knows of a reliable place to buy movies wholesale.

4. A lot of times when you buy wholesale you have to prove that you are buying for a legit business. There are often large minimum purchases that you are required to order.

Umm... yeah that is what I am worrying about, that I would have to prove it, I this is why I want to talk to someone who is currently doing this.

Because I just as simple for me to purchase some thing from JB HiFi or slEZY-DVD

All I do is buy them from Amazons market place. Dirt cheap and always reliable or so i've found so far.
