What's Legal at 18?

the law doesn't state you cant have sex until you're 18.

It simply says that no one under 18 has the legal right to consent to sexual acts, which is basically set in place for the older person. Basically it's illegal for anyone over 18 to have sex with someone under 18, that's all the law is there for.

a 15 year old guy wouldn't get in trouble for having sex with his 15 year old girlfriend. Not in trouble by johnny law anyway.

Im 16 and I can buy anything in my town except guns, smokes, drinks, and drugs.

I can also have a driver licsense at 16.

Whenever I travel outside though, they wont let me buy knifes or other things. I went to Anchorage last summer and wanted to buy wood polish for a project of mine, and they said I had to be 18. WTF! What am I gona do with wood polish?.... Blow up a building?... If therye concerned about kids huffing wood polish...My opinion is let them If therye stupid enough to want to.

Edit: you can have a license at 15 here in Idaho. You can start taking lessons at 14 1/2

It doesn't really matter what you "CAN" buy when you're 18, you don't have any money to buy them anyway...

I "CAN" buy a ferrari if I wanted to ... I just don't have the money.
