For Verizon, at least, voice goes over 1x and data goes over 3G or 4G, as those are supposed to be for data.

Would be lucky to hit 1-3Mb for 3G, but I can hit 25-30 for 4G, depending on signal/time of day.

Meh, I've never had an issue with it I guess lol.

I can still do voice/data at the same time, and don't have call issues.

Most I have ever got over 3G (DC-HSDPA) is 28Mbps. Normally I get 15 to 20Mbit in my room, but only because I have full strength signal. In normal signal areas it's usually around 3 to 6Mbit.

Speaking of CDMA and 4G, here is a good deal that I did not take advantage of.

Pretty good deal; but I don't like the blue. Even if I were to cover it with a case; I'd have to skin-wrap it or something to get rid of the blue on the front.
