You have no mobo?

Not yet. There are so many motherboards that I don't even know which one to get. Someone posted this one: Newegg.com - Open Box: ASUS P8P67 PRO (REV 3.1) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

I was thinking of getting the Sabertooth, but I don't feel like spending an extra $50. I really wanted an EVGA board, but the cheap ones are too small for me.

I just bought/recieved a prolimatech megahalem and 2 scythe kaze 2 1900rpm fans for push/pull, getting a cool 40C idle at 1.351v gotta let it burn in a bit to get real temps but i'm reallllly happy with that. Also got a steelseries SP mouse pad.

What CPU and what do you have it clocked to?

You can probably knock that down to 1.34 or 1.335

I'd really expect lower temps, in the low to mid 30's. Is the heater turned on? What is the room temp? What is the cfm rating of those fans?

I get high 30s/low 40s idle too.
