If I was going to spend $1500 on a cpu I wouldn't air-cool it. You won't unleash it's full potential with anything less than water. I would buy a good water setup and start eyeing 4.5 to 4.6GHz+.

If I was going to spend $1500 on a cpu I wouldn't air-cool it. You won't unleash it's full potential with anything less than water. I would buy a good water setup and start eyeing 4.5 to 4.6GHz+.

Yep, that's the plan. Just wanted to try out the air cooler on my 920 as well.
