Tell you what I've been watching lately and that's a lot of the News in the early hours. BBC World News. Pretty depressing stuff to an extent, people being murdered and god knows what. Refugee crisis ECT:
Sometimes we forget to turn off the TV while the news is on and it's always so depressing.
It's why we try avoiding news in general.
It's really sad, everything going on right now is so depressing.
