It may be awkward, but ask her if she's going through "the cycle," if she is, she's not pregnant.

If she's throwing up, that is a really bad sign.

Cramps usually mean she's on her period. Period = not pregnant. One thing you should watch out for, though, is if she starts craving random food items. That's usually a sign that she's pregnant.

Sounds like this guy, if he's sick and thin, always broke... does he seem jumpy and/or shaky? Could be drugs involved. Need to do something because he may also have who knows what kind of diseases. For example, sharp pains that feel like passing a stone could be a sign of PID's. Don't take offense at this, but your parents need to do some parenting and get a phone number where she is staying, if not for checking up on her, then at LEAST for emergencies!
