What do you guys use to clean a LCD pc monitor?

As above ive got 19"widescreen Samsung screen and i cleaned it with "Fellowes wet and dry screen wipes", now i dont know whether its because i was cleaning it with a warm screen but i turned it off and cleaned it but it dried all horrible and streaky i dont know if its because i tried cleaning it whilst the screen was still warm or just because there not very good screen wipes?

Or is there a better method of cleaning these screens so its streak free and clean?

All i use is warm water and a micro fiber cloth and mine comes out nice.

I'll be honest, i RARELY clean my LCD monitor. I just don't touch it! Stays clean..

No you clean it (again) when its off
then you dry it with a lint free dry soft cloth (don't forget the edges)

i think thats where i screwed up because the screen was warm, it was drying before id even finished doing the whole screen! silly me, still you live and learn

glass works a similar way strangely
But you may not be the home domesticated type

That's for tiles, windows is a soft cloth

Wait, just in case!! Don't use window cleaner on LCDs of course !

Hahah i think ill stick to screen wipes

Actually, I use the microfiber cloth that I use to clean my eye glasses with, most of the time. My wife used to clean it using a cloth with Windex on it but I sort of yelled at her about it, so I have to clean/dust my desk now.
