What is that additional "Quiz Score" thingy under my avatar?

I read this post a couple down: http://techist.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=40146 . They say it is "coming soon" but what is it?!? lol, it is starting to drive me crazy.

Yeah I just saw that too. I havent seen any quizes, so I dont know. Do you have to have a certian score to keep your membership?

I opened that hardware quiz one time, and I thought I knew a lot, but not in that thing I didnt, maybe its that quiz and then people will know if they're taking advice from an idiot. Some accountability would be nice (and what this world and country lacks thats for damn sure).
