Weight Gain Over the Summer!!!! :P

No matter what, I can't seem to gain weight. I've remained the same height and weight for a couple years now.

Oh well, got a 20.8. Better enjoy this until my metabolism slows down when I'm much older.

Wow, that isn't too bad.

For my height and weight i got 29.5, almost obese.

YAY!!!!!!!!! :p

Adz there are many ways, you must attack your mussel groupds from every way possable. Also what is your split so i can see if you are correctly using your mussel in it.

Here are some things i do from week to week
Crunches
Leg raises
Weighted crunches
Reverse crunches

I lift weights 5 days a week 2 1/2 hours each time.

I'm 5'10" and still growing, I weigh 197 pounds right now and last summer I gained about 30 pounds in a few months over summer vacation ... Now this summer I'm walking to my girlfriends house thats like 30 minutes away everyday to and from her house so ... hopefully I won't gain any weight, just loose it :)
