Website traffic problems

Hello,

Does anyone know how I would be able to get my website to receive between 10,000-50,000 click thrus (hits) a day? I have submitted my site to many search engines but they do not always prove to be the best way to go. I was wondering if anyone knew of any webmasters that could let me put their banner on their site. anyways, any help would be appreciated.
