Warez or....Warez?

Really stupid post, but that's what OT is for right?

How do you guys pronounce it?

1. Warez (Wor,ez) or
2. Warez (Wairz)

I have said the first one for ever. I think it sounds much cooler than the second. But the "official" pronunciation is the second one which sounds weak. Which one do you guys say? (or should I just not give a ****)

yeah, war-ez. I think the word 'WAR' just makes the word more intimidating,

wairz just sounds too geek-ish

Wairz, one syllable. I can't see it pronounced any other way. "Wairz" would be the grammatically correct way, wouldn't it?
