You can hear the japanese dude basically saying something to the effect of how fast he's going, but then he says "BUT!!!" and then the frame breaks lol, so I assuming he's saying something like "He's coming up on a record, BUT....." and then that happens lol

It's called shock. The body shuts down the ability to feel pain... or much of anything else.

Saw something like this on Ripleys. The sport shown was even more stupid, they go down a hill at 70+mph(United States Mile) and then launch off a ramp. This guy ended up with almost every bone in his body broken and somehow survived.
