Biden seems to be doing a better job of sticking to the given topic, but his answers are more "political". Palin strays off the topic but she shoots straight. Biden is playing the blame game heavily and Palin is sticking to her shake up the status quo theme.

Yea, Palin really surprised me tonight. And man... she's a cuite LOL

Anyway, yea, she really stuck to the topics in most cases. But there were several questions she never acknowledged with an answer to ... where as Biden answered pretty much everything...
