VH1 Music Video Segment

Well if anyone is doing nothing around 11pm EST on friday check out VH1..

They are going to use a small part of my smashed gamecube video in a music video segment during "Best Week Ever".

meh i watched and i didnt see it in the segment they were talking about doing...... But than after looking over the release form i had to sign...

I found this:

Licensor acknowledges that due to editing and other factors; Licensee is under no obligation to include the Licensed Material within the Production. If the Licensed Material is not used, Licensee has no obligation to compensate Licensor under the Agreement

My guess is that they either had problems ripping the video off of youtube or the quality was sooo bad they just scrapped it... Well i feel sad now.
