Use Software Online???

I think it would be really cool if we could use programs such as Photoshop or cs2 online....id like to make a new sig pic, but i have dial up and to dl these programs...maybe 2 days at least....Maybe i am missing somthing-can u use programs online? Like, go to a website, select a program u would like to use, and bang there it is?

how would they make money selling the software if you could just use it on their website? Well i guess maybe subscribing to it, but just buy it online and have it shipped to your house or from best buy or soemthing

You'd need some insane download speed on your connection to make it usable.

Send the pics to a friend and ask him to edit them. Or get an external drive, go to your friends' house and download some programs.

There are all kinds of free tools availible that can be downloaded to create graphics. Most are under 2MB

We already have web apps but Adobe is trying to sell their product not give it away.

I use Photofiltre.

I've also heard that GIMP is pretty good.

Not really. I used Blender 3d to create a textured sphere and my symbol in 3d that casts it's shadow on the shpere. Then I took it over to Photofiltre and applied a couple of filters, hue variations, and add the words.
