Today, I recieved an InfoNotice sheet from UPS saying I was absent when they knocked to give me a package [even though I was present at the time ].
On the little piece of paper [InfoNotice] it says C.O.D £37.16.

WTF is this additional charge for?, I'm very very confused + a little mad.

Could anyone shed some light please, Thank you.

a COD is cash on delivery. The place that you shipped the item claims you still owe money on the item. UPS is kinda like a collection agency of sorts. they hold the goods till everything is paid for. when you pay them, you get your money. if you have a problem with why there is a cod then you should bring it up with the shipper.
