He did. Since he was the person that was doing all the talking, it would seem to be that the person that we purchase the hardware from is not that techical.

there was a case similar to that a couple of weeks ago, I think it was in the Hardware section. some guy bought a computer off ebay, and he got specs lower than what he paid for.
the guy was selling it as a "genuine alienware" (he bought a cloned alienware case) and I forgot the rest of the specs.
in the end, I think ebay took his account off (the guy that sold it)
