Technical Help Needed - How To Make Email Template

I have subscribed to a personal discussion forum. It is very simple. On some discussion forums there is either on top or on bottom a link or a template saying “Send this to your friends” or “email to your friends”. How can I create such a template on my discussion forum or from which site I can copy and down loan a ready made this template.

sounds like web programming. they prolly bought the bulletin board setup which came with this option.....or coded it themselves.

What kind of discussion forum do you have? Meaning, what kind of flexability as far as the coding...can you add/change what? And what languages (such as PHP) can the server support? That's pretty much all it depends on, then you can either write your own, or search the web for one of those scripts (they are quite simple).
