Over all, what I would like to see is a villian that will attack Iron Man / Tony Stark on a Personal / Corporate / Super Hero Level. It's one the things that have made the Spider-Man films rather enjoyable in that the villains are messing around with goods guys on more than one level.

What a cast!

Scarlett Johanssen, Samuel L. Jackson, Mickey Rourke, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany among many others. Great cast. will be my movie to see in 2010.
