If you order stuff regularly, you get to know your UPS or FedEx guy. Both our guys are pretty good and they'll go around back and leave it by the patio door if we're not home. We always tip both of them around Christmas time.

Rusted screws are no problem. Order so sharp custom screws for it. You can get adonized screws in all kinds of colors, or skulls, or whatever. No mod should ever use the original thumbscres... that's like a sin or something.
