Hi

someone mentioned a spyware blocking utility that's free called spyware blaster.

so far adaware hasn't found a single instance of spyware in the couple of days i've used it.

anyone else try this?

Prevention Better Than Cure

Is Spyware Blaster 3.1 a passive program?

I would be interested in find a passive spyware program that will STOP the spyware from infecting my PC in the first place.

AdAware 6, SpyBot S&D and HiJackThis are good for cleaning up the mess. But at the end of the day, prevention is better than cure.

Open Spybot, and click "Immunize". That does sort of a live-watch. (I believe).
