Default Split large file

I know you can split large file using Winrar.
But is there some easy software that can do this?

I have very close friend who is not very good in computers, so it would be great so find some software that can guide her how to split a file. She try to send me some 350mb video. But to upload to rapidshare and send links to me, she need to split it at least twice.

So any recommendation?

rapidshare is a no-go in my opinion.. try yousendit if you're up for alternate options.

A notice to EVERYONE who has posted here with a computer problem, I highly encourage you to keep current with the forums, even if it's browsing for 10-15 minutes during lunch, or before you go to bed at night. Ah thanks. I will try it too.

But they have limit of 100mb..
So I just need some way for her to split that large file (340mb).

She don't know much about computers so maybe some kind of software that can guide her how to do it.

Winrar is pretty simple to use. You just type in the size and hit ok, lol. Couldn't get any easier really...

Just tell your friend to install Winrar, then right click the file and hit Add to archive, then in the lower left type a size in bytes. 350/2=175, so that's 183500800 bytes, which would make two 175mb .rar files.

Winrar is the easiest way I can possibly think of, just walk her thru it or include simple instructions. I used that app when I was like 12 and knew jack about computers to split archives. It's pretty easy.

edit: Heck we got instructions right here, pics and everything!

RapidShare Webhosting + Webspace

300mb per file...better than normal rapidshare's 200mb limit.
