sometimes i (and others) have a question which i could probably find an answer to at google or by looking at reviews which i do. But sometimes its nice to get an opinion from someone with experience in the area.

situation: what is happening
problem: why it is happening/what needs to be solved
a problem is the reason for a situation
examples:
situation: my computer won't boot
problem: some files are corrupt
if there is a situation you need to resolve, there is also problem (the reason behind the situation). it will always be like that regardless of how much you know about computers. and to solve a problem, you need a solution.
solution: how you solve a problem
a solution is not necessarily something somebody has looked up on the internet. it might be something they have come up with themselves.
so a solution is not necessarily for people who don't understand computers, it is also for people who do. it's just that those people who do often know how to make a solution themselves.
