Dude, I can't even find my mouse. It's like a generic wireless mouse from Logitech, that's like 1100 DPI, and comes with a wireless thingy.

I just filled mine up with the 1.7g weights when I first got it an it seemed fine... pretty sure I've lost the other ones by now.

assigning macros and scroll binding for the most part are for convienance/efficiency purposes. They had a long debate on the TF2 forums about wether or not scripting was "cheap" or "cheating" but the final determination was that it was legal and always has been legal.

PS: although your preference I would recommend trying to play the G5 with no weights since I believe in the belief that weights only serve to reduce reaction times and reflex shots, just my 2 cents

in COD4 they kick for scrolling on some servers.. (some even ban)

My clan bans on all their servers for using macros. I fully support it. If a person can't play straight up, they need to get over it.

Macros, to me, are almost-hacks. Hacks, like aimbots and command hacks, ruin the game by breaking the rules. Macros and such don't break the rules, but they give some players an unfair advantage by lending them artificial means of doing things.

I play on my own merits, pure and simple. Sure, I use a Lachesis, but I have been pwned by people using a ball mouse, so it doesn't give me anything I don't have.

Haha I still use a Ball Mouse and I'm pretty good at COD4

There are times where the Ball Jump has screwed me over, times that have saved my butt by giving me headshots lol

Trotter are you talking about a track ball mouse? If so I am totaly in agreement I find my Logitech track man the best squeaker I have ever used on the desktop and in gaming it gives me total presission when sniping.

Lol I still use those Its actually awesome with sniping since the sensitivity is so low that it's useful..

However with Auto or Semi-Auto's its crap, but once in a while I can get some good kills with it, but I'm a above average player though
