It doesn't look right at all, It looks like you took a picture, and excessively burned the sky to try and pull detail back into it. try it again using photomatix and see what happens.

I think it looks cool...but yea...definitely not right for HDR.

Well here's the thing, Parts of it look HDR'esque, Parts of it look like poor RAW processing, poor burning, and normal exposure.
The building on the far right is the only think that looks like a product of HDR. The sky, like I said looks like bad burning, while the monotone in the corner is a product of poor RAW conversion, the traffic looks like a normal exposure.
