Yes you are right, also to further back up your statement:
(k) pirated copyright goods means any goods which are copies made
without the consent of the right holder or person duly authorized by the
right holder in the country of production and which are made directly or
indirectly from an article where the making of that copy would have
constituted an infringement of a copyright or a related right under the law
of the country in which the procedures set forth in Chapter II (Legal
Framework for Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights) are invoked;

If they decide to pull that trump card on the public, there isn't much we can say that we havent touched it once or shared with a few people around the globe.
However though, the cracks, keygens or unlockers, those need to be pulled out by certain companies who dont want their stuff pirated and put it back on such site where they got it from.
If they dont make any notion about it in writing and get it legalized with the governments they pretty much can't do anything or say anything without official documents on someones desk.
My problem with half the companies that sell software, their prices are too damn high right now.
If they would find some sort reasonable price for such said software and work out a legit payment program directly from them, half the problems we see now could be crammed into a trash can and be forgotten by now.
The music itself, mp3's should not be illegal anymore especially if you bought a copy of cd or dvd archive from store and windows media player or anything else that rips music verify you have a right to do so.
I'll never forget it about the napster incident way back then, but after 6-8 months, they were pretty much legal to let the service run again, because the "people" wanted their hot music and paid a good dollar for it.
