Yes its one of your rights privacy that your internet traffic can not be monitored without court consent and in usual circumstances e.g. not terrorism or drug crimes you would be told as soon as the isp has been told to monitor you therefore you would have notice not to do it!!! just bung that hardrive in the microwave for 30 minutes and your good
