You can't do this in Windows.

Yes it's entirely useless, but it's so cool, and it (along with menu and window drop shadows, window open/close smooth fading, etc) works so well and smoothly...

My friend just helped me set it up today. It's fun.

I didn't see a use for transparency either, but that looks pretty cool! What did you do to make it that way?

Ive been doing that with my terminals for a couple years, it comes in handy, I like having multiple desktops too, thats a huge time saver

I don't think that I would ever find the trancparency of my windows of any use.

It comes in handy when your writing code and doing several other things at the same time, that way you can keep an eye on something while doing stuff but not have to be staring at the window while its opaque
