Yeah, we have sig limits. The size seems smallish, but it is in place to have mercy on those on dial-up and who use a low resolution.

Just because alot of houses in the US an Europe have Broadband doesn't mean people still don't use dialup, also there are part's of the UK that you can't get broad band still although that is going to change beginning to mid of next year.

Occasional internet users don't need Broad Band an people in less developed countries might not have access to high speed internet so I am guessing that is why the whole theory of keeping the sig's small will have to fly for a little while longer.
