Question about assignment

I just want to let you know i am NOT trying to bludge answers for an assignment of you guys, i just am asking what a particular term means.

I just finished an assignment and i was looking through the checklist, just to make sure ive done everything:

At least 2 quotes - Done
Fully Annonated bibliography - Done
Appendix to include relevant inclusions - What the?

I have never in my 9 years of schooling come across that term before. Does any of you know what it means?

It's an appendix to your paper.

In research papers, you would generally put full text's of interviews and a list of survey questions.

If it's an analytical paper, maybe the entire page of the source you've quoted from? I've never actually seen an appendix in a analytical paper.
