Program an Iphone to pick up automatically when a certain number calls and dial '6'?

Hello I-hope-to-be-my-saviors,

I have an Iphone, and what I want it to do is to automatically pick up when a certain number calls and dial '6'.

I recently moved into a new building that with call box. There is a specific number for my unit that my guest or food delivery dial, i then take the call and press '6' to open. Every Monday and Wednesday from 1 am - 6 am a food delivery is made to my door. These are prepared meals with special dietary needs. This means i have to wake up in the middle of the night twice a week to let him in.

No sleep is starting to take a toll on me, pretty much a zombie at work because it takes me a while to go back to sleep. So what i need to to program my phone to recognize the call box number, automatically answer it, dial '6' and end call.

There has to be a solution, for my sanity, to this but I'm not even sure where to start searching.

TL;DR tho the app intercepts all incoming calls, so this might be an app you wanna kill unless you're sleeping to avoid any confusing stuff happening.
