Potentially the longest thread in history...

Woah, long time no see.

Last time I saw you around I was a really annoying piece of **** petulant 14 year old.

Now i'm a slightly less but still annoying petulant piece of **** 24 year old.

Don't know who those quotes are from. By pure definition of it own party = socialist party= left. So we agree to disagree.
But yes, I agree - on to lighter subjects. Enough said on politics and religion - a "no no" if you want to keep your friends.

Glad your attic is fixed and the blocks came in. Spent a hour today getting my wife's older ASUS laptop to print on our all in one HP printer - what a PITA.
If you mean the definition I quoted of Nazism it's a direct quote from the official definition and explanation of it. You realize that there are several variations of political ideals right? That's kinda the gist I was trying to make before.

We have an HP all in one that connects to wifi. Took me forever to realize it wouldn't connect to my AP with both 2.4 and 5GHz signals combined.

kmanmx, yea I know I was annoying then too. :D.

I didn't even know this forum still existed, I noticed it after deleting emails from 5-10 yrs ago.

I see that no one has updated the PSU Guide yet, lol..

PP- yes.. I agree - but the negative "accepted labeling" is what I have an issue with. Certainly everyone has their own thoughts on politics and religion and are welcome to them. It just when people throw out their "accepted labels " that in my opinion are way too oversimplified and are only "accepted" by certain groups and the media as fact and are not necessary accurate - then I say something. Because if you don't that is how all the over labeling and "groupism" starts to begin with- which then leads to a lack of respect for those other politics/religious beliefs and the hate begins= this group vs that group. Instead of thinking of people as individuals, respecting those individuals, etc.

Except that's the basis of politics, the party system. Aka, groups

Heres a question: If you could establish neural connection to other people as a more effective form a communication and, with practice, collective thought - would you be willing to do it?

We must construct additional pylons.

Now a days - yes.
It used to be- not so long ago= Well I lean this way on this issue, and that way on another issue, etc.

NOW it is I am a - conservative/republican/right winger or I am a liberal/Democrat/Left winger - and that is it. NO room for individualism, no room for disagreement with respect, it just builds hate, and intolerance. It is sad... I think it was better before - it allowed for compromising with others. So guess your right, I am living in the past politically as I don't fit into the right or left "groups" as they are defined by the current media and popularism labels. I consider myself a conservative - not a republican.

Or you can consider yourself neither and do exactly what you said - lean one way or another per issue.
