Run one at a time, what happend mate did you format it for a reason? or is the data just gone?

I ask because USB data recovery is a pain in the arse as Solid state media is a pain in the *** to recover from especially if the media is bad or been written over.

I right clicked on my computer and formatted then relaised I still had some very important stuff on there,

I get this, a 32mb file about what was on there before I formatted it, I have no idea what to do with it mind.
