i think its supposed to mean that theres alota spanish speaking residents in california so that they write signs in spanish and put english subtitles.

Idk i could be mistaken to the true nature of the sign.

thanks for the tip about paypal and demand they release the funds

however, I got hit by another paypal scheme again....
apparently, one of my transactions was "randomly" selected for a review, so they're holding another $50 of mine for 21 days
my options was, providing tracking info, or have the funds reversed, while in the same e-mail, they strongly suggest that I do not ship the item
