You cant reset bios without moving the jumper.

If you dont have the mobo manual anymore, look it up online and it will tell you
which jumper is cmos reset.

Unplug it, pull the battery, Hold down the start switch for a few seconds, then pop the battery back in and fire it up. You have to clear the stored juice in the capacitors to clear it out.

sure you can.. some mobo's have it to where you unplug the cord and it'll reset itself... and also some have a click button..

or you could remove the battery
