Pop-ups + Ad-Aware = Unbelieveable

LOL, I had that happen with my fathers computer a few months ago. Except I found over 4000 critical objects. Spy bot found them and removed all of them to. The fun began when I rebooted his machine!

After running the registry wizard....from dos...everything was cool again. I have switched him to ad-ware since with no issues. Well at least that I know of, he only calls when ish hits the fan (ie: he can't logon ebay).

DAMN. You beat my record. I have a customer with about 1500+ with Ad Aware SE

I needed to run Spy Bot after that, and then finish things off with HiJack This.

Well you guys aren't gonna believe this one.

I went back over to her house Sunday and ran Ad-Aware again and it found ~800 critical objects.

I forgot to take a screen shot though.

I don't know wtf she is doing with her comp.

I'm going back over there probaly Wed. and I'll scan again and take a screen shot for you guys.

Exactly.... no worries after you install linux! You can save your time/resources installing and working with the right OS.
