you gotta kep a record of all the calls and then call the phone company and then go to the police,then after a long process you can getthe number blocked. I never heard of a phone company giving out details like that for no reason, but you can tell your girlfriend to make her housephone not accept blocked calls thus making him dial #88, then the number will come up on the caller id. However al of this wil be useless if he is forwarding the number or using a wirless ADS, or caller id spoofing,but hopefully for you he is not that smart. Good luck im pretty sure i know why u want to know where this person lives.

Perform a Reverse Phone Number Lookup on WhitePages.ca

use that fter you get the number, it should give u his name and number unless he blocks it in which case you can pay the 10$ and run a background check and find his address
