However..... there is some thing not right about that video as I think that one might of been staged.

That monitor VGA or Power cable was extremely long. Like they rarely go beyond 1.8 meters. That monitor was dragging about one car length distance behind the car, which put it about 3 to 5 meters. And even if it was a extension cable, it would of snapped rather quickly.

Besides, you don't have to look that hard to find an abandonned computer case and CRT monitor on the side of the road.
