What it does is strenghtens your arm its a Rehabiliton thing

Meant to be really good ill post again to see how good it is when it arrives

those gyro balls are good...but try not to think them too much a miracle hehe
most fitness items start out as therapy products...they can work wonders for therapy but are only mildly useful for fitness...so keep that in mind.

I found that out when working for a therapy product company...you see them used by physicians first, then 10 years or so later, becomes commercialized as a fitness item
