thats just an accepted form of proof for us citizenship, say if you came from the uk, and needed to drive around, you would have to apply for a drivers liscence.

i dont got a passport anyways because ive never been out of the country and i am a natural born citizen

and called my grandparents to see if they got mixed in with my moms death certificate paperwork and stuff, and they checked, and nothing.

here in texas the county that you were born in can send you a BC. and they can do it quick if need be.
