OFFS New Mobo, Full of bent pins!

Yup, got a new MSI 170A M5, and when i opened up the cpu cover, 2 areas of bent pins that align up with these 2 nubs on the protective cover.

Hoping RMA/Exchange will happen...

I'm talking 15+ pins on 2 separate sides.

Was the cellophane intact on the box when you got It? If not it was used or an RMA that got put back in stock.

I've got a friend coming over to see if he can straighten them... Being Easter, no ones around to talk to..

I'd hold off straightening them out until you get ahold of MSI. Hopefully they're better at dealing with issues than Asus.

Damn that sucks. I'd be pissed. I think i'm lucky... never had an electronics device ship damaged or DOA.

I want to check threw Google the specks of the MoBo as I don't tend to keep fully up too date on all things tech but then again their would be no point in being a member hear. So I'll just ask.

What the Specks of the MoBo. Whats the socket and Chip your putting in it.
