This is my xp desktop. I've got rocketdock configured with a few icons in autohide on the right, other than that I simply use the start menu and keyboard shortcuts.

I just reinstalled Kubuntu so my desktop there is the default for 8.04.

How are some people getting their Vista Taskbar to spread across two monitors?!? I normally use 2 monitors (my laptop's LCD as secondary and then a 20" LCD hooked up to my laptop as primary) and would like the taskbar to spread across the two monitors. The layout is backwards (secondary on left, primary on right) due to the location of the two monitors.

I like that one! That's a great idea, though all my laptops have really high resolution LCD's and it'd look stretched
